Payments

Our online shop accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Shipping

We ship from Los Angeles, California within 1–2 business days of purchase. If an order needs to be expedited, please email us to make arrangements.

Orders are shipped via USPS at a rate of $4 for First Class and $7 for Priority. We make an effort to offer a more affordable First Class rate wherever possible--all packages under 1lb.--but please select Priority if timeliness is an issue. Orders over $300 are shipped for free via USPS Priority.

We are happy to assist you with shipments via UPS if you prefer, just reach out in advance of your order!

International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $25 via USPS First Class or Priority (country dependent). We will not mark any international package as a ‘gift’ and we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred.

In-state purchases are subject to California sales tax: 9.5% in Los Angeles County and 7.25% in the rest of the state.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your closet! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or a refund.

Please take care when you try on our items. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags. Any item returned with scuffs, stains, pet hair, or odor (pet or smoke) is subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees begin at $10 and may rise dependent on cleaning costs. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.

Vintage, special order, pre-sale items, sale items, and items purchased under promotional sales are returnable for store credit only.

Cosmetic and apothecary items, purchases during our semi-annual Rack Sales, and items marked 60%+ off are final sale.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original ship date and must be sent prepaid. We do not accept CODs. Returns received after this period will be eligible for store credit only and may be subject to new reduced prices or restocking fees. Please notify us in advance of returns to expedite the credit/refund process.

Refunds will be processed minus shipping fees. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

Refunds from purchases made via AfterPay will be processed minus their non-refundable 6% fee.
