SHIPPING & HANDLING

Domestic packages are shipped USPS Priority for free on orders over $250!

Orders up to $250 will be shipped for a flat rate of $6.50 via USPS First Class or Priority depending on item shape and size.

International packages are sent via USPS First Class or Priority (country dependent; feel free to ask based on your location) for a flat rate of $25. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred and are not able to mark your package a 'gift.'

All purchases shipped in 1-2 business days following your selection. If you require expedited shipping, please contact the shop to make arrangements--we are happy to help!

Prefer to pick up in store? Use the code 'LOCAL' at check-out to avoid shipping fees and we'll have your purchase wrapped and ready to go!

In-state purchases are additionally subject to sales tax: 9.5% in Los Angeles county and 7.25% through the rest of the state.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your closet! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund.

Please be careful when trying on our items!  All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags.  Items returned with scuffs, stains, pet hair or odor (pet or smoke!) are subject to re-stocking fees of $10 and above to cover our cleaning costs. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.

Vintage, sale items, special order, pre-sale items and items purchased under promotional sales are returnable for store credit only. Cosmetic and apothecary items are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Purchases during our two annual RACK SALES in February and July with flat rate pricing ($10, $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 & $200) and items 60%+ off as labeled are FINAL SALE.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid; we do not accept CODs. Returns received after this period will be eligible for store credit only and may be subject to new reduced prices or restocking fees. Please notify us in advance of returns to expedite the credit/refund process.

Refunds will be processed minus shipping fees; we do not refund original or return shipping costs.
